WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ARRANGEMENTS?
We have seven seating arrangements:
- Diamond VIP Room – Holds up to 40
- Yellow Section – Holds up to 20
- Purple Section – Holds up to 15
- 2 Orange Sections – Holds up to 10
- 2 Red Sections – Holds up to 15
- 2 Blue Sections – Holds up to 6
- Table Reservation – Seats 4
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED AGE FOR ENTRY?
21+ ONLY. You must have a valid government issued photo ID. We do accept LA Wallet.

I LOST A PERSONAL ITEM AT QULTURé, WHAT DO I DO?
All customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Included but not limited to: credit cards, keys, phones, wallets & purses. Qulturé is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND PROCESS?

There is no cover charge for entry. (DISCLAIMER: during special events entry may not be free, please check ahead)
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
IS THERE PARKING AT Qulturé?
Yes. We have Valet parking, and Self Parking offered by a third party parking service. There is also limited parking across the street.
WHAT ARE THE HOOKAH PRICES AT QULTURé?
HOW LONG IS THE RESERVATION TIME SLOT FOR?
Sunday Funday is the only day that has a reservation time slot of two hours. Extensions may be negotiated on a case by case basis as the two hour limit is only due to time and capacity.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF GUESTS FOR A RESERVATION?
The maximum amount of guests is 15 per reservation, and the minimum amount of guests required to make a reservation is 2 per reservation.
DO ALL OF MY GUESTS HAVE TO ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?
It is required that the entire party must be present before seating.
DOES THE RESERVATION REQUIRE ANY MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?
There is a minimum purchase amount of $25 for tables, $100 for sections, and $2,500 for the VIP Room. (DISCLAIMER: During special events, the minimum purchase amount may change, so please check ahead)
WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE FOR MY RESERVATION?
You must arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. We understand extreme circumstances and may accommodate if contacted in a timely manner. But it is not guaranteed. Tables 15 minutes late will be released.
CAN TABS BE SPLIT OR IS IT ONE SINGLE TAB ONLY?
Unfortunately we cannot split tabs. There will be only one tab per section or table.
IS GRATUITY ADDED TO ORDERS?
Tax and Gratuity are already factored into all menu prices. For example, if you see an item on the menu for $60 it will be $60 on your tab. Your tab will show a breakdown of taxes, and gratuity to show how it arrived at $60.
DO YOU SHOW SPORTING EVENTS?
Yes we provide television for Sports and Current Events.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
Purchaser acknowledges that no refunds will provided and that no exchanges or credits for future event dates will be given for section reservations for any reason.
DO YOU OFFER TO-GO ORDERS?
Yes. You can also order food via to-go or Grub Hub.
